In 2019 I was commissioned to create eight installations for Christmas at Leeds Castle. The installations were discovered by visitors as they ventured round this heritage site. I was inspired by the plethora of birdlife to be found in the castle grounds and in the decor and artworks in the building. The installations became a trail of Magical Birds and Festive Feathers.
An owl forest, a ginormous blackbird pie, a magpie's nest and a flock of doves gathering Christmas wishes. The Castle was enchanted with beautiful and whimsical scenes.
I'm delighted to be continuing to work with Leeds Castle for Christmas 2020.
